| Prior to co-founding GPE, Mrs. Trocmé was an Associate Director at Crédit Agricole Indosuez where she worked with Patrick Petit in managing the bank's worldwide private placement business. |

| Prior to this, Mrs. Trocmé was a Senior Vice President with Crédit Agricole in charge of large U.S. Institutional clients. Mrs. Trocmé began her career in New York as a financial analyst on Wall Street. |

| Mrs. Trocmé has an MA in Finance from Paris-Dauphine, and an MBA from University of New York, Baruch College. |

| Prior to joining Global Private Equity, Ms. Somersalmi was Associate Director at Nordic Mezzanine, in charge of fundraising for Baltic Mezzanine Fund. Prior to this, she was Investment Director at Standard Life Investments. She also worked as Investment Manager at Capman Management. |
